First Frost: A Longmire Mystery with Craig Johnson o Spend some time with Craig Johnson as he takes you back to 1964 in a reading of First Frost and his always entertaining storytelling about all things Longmire. o The Roadhouse at the TA Ranch (map) o 9:00 - 10:30 am, ticket required Early Sheriffs of Johnson County - Tough Like Walt o Take a trip back to early Johnson County with Johnson County Librarian Historian Nancy Tabb. Nancy does a beautiful job researching and getting to know her lecture subjects. Come with her on an adventure to learn about Frank Canton, Sheriff in the Wyoming Territory 1882-1887. Nancy got great reviews for her presentation at Longmire Days 2023. You don’t want to miss this. o Johnson County Library (map) o 11:00 am - Noon, ticket required Craig at the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum o Join Craig Johnson and the national award-winning staff of the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum as they present a historic program about the early days of Johnson County, setting of Durant, WY. Learn about colorful characters in this intimate, historic venue. Always a great time! o Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum (map) o Noon - 1:30 pm, ticket required Sweet Tea with Ruby o Join Louanne Stephens for a lovely event at TA Guest Ranch. They are putting on a southern style spread worthy of Louanne’s roots. Louanne always makes this a special event for fans of Longmire and Ruby.
